Spitbraai Terms & Conditions

Sunday and Public holidays – Extra charge R350-00 per unit

BOOKING CONDITIONS

  • Bookings for MARCH FUNCTION DATES ONLY
  • Prices valid for 7 days after quotation
  • All bookings subject to transport & fuel levy based on amount of guests and or distance from our premises to the function address for the return trip
  • 100% payable upon booking, full invoice.
  • Final number of guests to be confirmed 1 WEEK prior to function and final confirmation of menu option
  • Allowance of one hour can be applied to serving time booked, to adhere to the Covid curfew and to allow our braai team to return to our premises within the timeframe.
  • Cancellation policy: within 72hrs of function, no refund or subject to a 15% admin fee for other cancellations
  • Crockery and Cutlery will be provided: plates, knives, forks (lost items will be charged for)
  • No tables, glasses or tablecloths included

ALL CHANGES MUST BE IN WRITING per E-MAIL and NO CHANGES WILL BE accepted TELEPHONCIALLY

Practical and Meaty Arrangements

  • The minimum order value is R500.
  • A standard minimum delivery fee of R50(excl vat) applies and varies per suburb.
  • The only payment method accepted will be Card Payments when placing online orders (Visa, Master, Amex, Diners)
  • Our orders are specifically cut based (i.e. thin/regular/thick) as per the order instruction. The order placed online will be accepted as final. No telephonic changes or amendments will be accepted. The Online Store butcher will call you if any clarification is needed.
  • Our Online Store orders and delivery service will be available Monday-Friday from 8am-2pm , Saturday & Public Holidays from 8am-11:00am. Orders placed on Sundays will be delivered the following day.
  • Same day deliveries applies, please make sure there is someone at the delivery address to sign and accept the order.
  • You will become the owner of the goods that you have ordered as soon as they have been delivered to the specified address.  Once goods have been delivered to you, they will be held at your own risk and La Oma Butchery & Spitbraai will not be liable for loss or spoiled products.
  • Your products should be refrigerated upon acceptance. The quantity, quality and description of any specifications for the Goods received shall be those set out as per the Online Store purchase.
  • Should there be no one to accept and sign for the order, the order can be collected from our store within 24hours with proof of payment as confirmation.

  • Please make sure your address is correct and if the delivery address entered is a company – please provide the office number, floor, building, etc. to ensure timeous and accurate delivery.
