Practical and Meaty Arrangements

  • The minimum order value is R500.
  • A standard minimum delivery fee of R50(excl vat) applies and varies per suburb.
  • The only payment method accepted will be Card Payments when placing online orders (Visa, Master, Amex, Diners)
  • Our orders are specifically cut based (i.e. thin/regular/thick) as per the order instruction. The order placed online will be accepted as final. No telephonic changes or amendments will be accepted. The Online Store butcher will call you if any clarification is needed.
  • Our Online Store orders and delivery service will be available Monday-Friday from 8am-2pm , Saturday & Public Holidays from 8am-11:00am. Orders placed on Sundays will be delivered the following day.
  • Same day deliveries applies, please make sure there is someone at the delivery address to sign and accept the order.
  • You will become the owner of the goods that you have ordered as soon as they have been delivered to the specified address.  Once goods have been delivered to you, they will be held at your own risk and La Oma Butchery & Spitbraai will not be liable for loss or spoiled products.
  • Your products should be refrigerated upon acceptance. The quantity, quality and description of any specifications for the Goods received shall be those set out as per the Online Store purchase.
  • Should there be no one to accept and sign for the order, the order can be collected from our store within 24hours with proof of payment as confirmation.
